Often, teachers operate in a silo: focusing on content and leaving comprehension and language skills for English teachers. This session uses research and data from LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) to equip content teachers with strategies for improving vocabulary and comprehension of spoken and written language.
