Teacher Learning Academy 2024

This session will provide creative writing activities that can be used in a variety of subjects.  Allowing students the ability to be creative and to make choices within assignment guidelines improves engagement and understanding.  Creative writing can enhance any lesson with the right activity.  This is an interactive workshop where teachers will practice using a variety of creative prompts that can be used in class to practice informative, narrative, argument, persuasive, and analytical writing in an engaging way.
